Our Vision and Mission

The focus of our energy is building collaborative and meaningful relationships amongst Spiritual Direction Formation Programs and Associations, and thus the wider spiritual direction community.

We practice this by providing:

• Formal guidelines to foster and support the formation of spiritual directors and supervisors.

• Formal recognition for Spiritual Direction Formation Programs.

• Code of Ethics for Spiritual Directors

• Opportunities for conversation and collaboration among formators and other groups within the community of spiritual direction.
